Nanobiophysics

In Nanobiophysics field we use molecular modelling, such Molecular Dynamics, to understand and predict how biological molecules, such as small proteins, peptides, interact with cellular membranes. That understanding can help in designing completely new class of antibiotic agents using these biological molecules, which will be more “patient-friendly”.
